Recreational Ride - Turtle Mountain
NBDRA IS PROUD TO ANNOUNCE ITS FOURTH RECREATIONAL EVENT OF 2024.
Welcome to NBDRA's fourth recreational ride going to the Turtle Mountain. This year we have Justin Pryde, our very own NBDRA member, leading the pack. This ride is oriented for our intermediate to advanced skilled dual sport riders and dirt bikes.
Come join us on September 14th on a ride up Turtle Mountain. There is a pin from Google maps noting where parking and gather point is!
Meet time is 9:30am with kickstands up at 10am.
Please note in case of extreme rain or other weather the rain date is September 15th!

WHAT TO EXPECT
Please expect an an intermediate to advanced difficulty level that will offer a rugged terrain from unmaintained dirt roads, significant obstacles such as moderate sized rocks, deep sand, deep or long mud sections, deep & wide water crossings, and/or steep inclines with loose terrain & tentative traction.
Please note that this ride is very challenging and not suitable for most big bikes as it is generally not passable by large adventure bikes. Please ensure you are comfortable with this level of riding and the associated risks.
The group will be meeting at 9:30am while Kickstands go up at 10:00am, late arrivals will need to catch up to the group if they wish to join.
Participants need to bring their own snacks, lunch and water!
It is strongly recommended to bring tools for roadside repairs. (A flat is never something you can plan for...)
Your motorcycle must be well maintained and in a great running condition due to the terrain and obstacles.
We hope to see a lot of you there to join the fun!
Registration will be opened until September 13th. All riders are required to have the proper basics of safety gear:
- Helmet
- Eye protection
- Heavy duty Adventure style or MX boots
- WATER!
We hope to see you there!
